Common Questions
How do I book a shoot?
Choose a plan, location, date, and time, then pay the deposit through Stripe. Your booking is confirmed after the deposit payment succeeds.
Can I book for today?
No. Online bookings must be made at least one calendar day in advance, based on Tokyo time. Please choose tomorrow or a later date.
What happens after the shoot?
After the session is marked completed, we send the remaining payment link by email. Edited photos are delivered online within 7 days after your session, once the remaining balance has been paid.
Can I change my booking time?
Schedule changes are generally not available after booking. If our schedule has enough room, we may be able to adjust the time or location with an additional fee.
What happens if it rains?
If TPS decides the shoot should be cancelled because of weather, you may choose either a refund or rescheduling. If the shoot can safely continue, the normal booking terms apply.
What happens if I arrive late?
The session still ends at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the shoot automatically, so please arrive early enough to be ready at the confirmed start time.
Can I extend the shoot on the day?
Extensions may be possible only if our schedule is open after your booking. Extensions are charged in 30-minute units at $50 per 30 minutes. A 1-hour extension is $100.
Can I add more people?
Yes. Tokyo Love Story includes 2 people, Tokyo Family Session up to 6, Tokyo Crew Experience up to 12, and every other plan 1. Each extra guest is $100. If more people join on the day than your booking covers, $100 for each extra guest is added to your remaining balance. Please tell us as early as possible so we can confirm the setup.
Can I use the photos for SNS or commercial use?
Yes. You may use your delivered photos for SNS and commercial purposes. TPS may also use selected shoot photos for portfolio, website, SNS, or promotional purposes.
Can I cancel?
If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded, and you will not be charged the remaining balance. If TPS cancels the shoot, for example because of weather, safety, or photographer availability, you can choose a refund of what you have paid or a new date.
Where do we meet?
The selected location is shown in your booking confirmation. If the meeting point needs clarification, the team will contact you before the shoot.
