Photography booking services, fixed-date photography events, and related online photo delivery services.

Prices are shown on each plan or event page.

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

Location fees, transportation fees, permit fees, express delivery fees, or other optional fees may apply when shown at checkout or notified before payment.

Credit card payment via Stripe.

A deposit is paid at the time of booking.

Any remaining balance, if applicable, is paid after the photo session or when the remaining payment link is sent.

A booking is confirmed only after successful deposit payment.

Customer-requested cancellations are generally non-refundable.

If TPS Collective cancels a shoot due to our circumstances, weather, safety concerns, or other operational reasons, we may offer rescheduling, deposit refund, remaining balance refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

After a photo session has been completed, refunds are generally not accepted due to the nature of the service.

Rescheduling may be available depending on photographer availability, weather, and operational circumstances.

The photo session will be conducted on the confirmed booking date and time.

Edited photo data is usually delivered online within 7 to 14 days after the shoot unless otherwise stated.

Express delivery, if selected and paid for, follows the delivery timing shown at checkout.

Photographs taken during the session may be used by TPS Collective for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise before the shoot.

If you do not want your photos to be used publicly, please contact us before the session.

If data corruption, delivery failure, or other issues attributable to TPS Collective occur, we will provide a reasonable remedy such as re-delivery, re-editing, reshooting, or refund depending on the situation.

Returns are not applicable because this service involves photography services and digital photo delivery.

An internet-connected smartphone, tablet, or computer is required to view and download delivered photo data.
