Private photo sessions in Tokyo, fixed-date photography events, and online delivery of the edited photos.

Prices are shown in US dollars on each plan and event page and at checkout.

For a private session, the total is the plan price plus any location fee, $100 for each guest beyond those the plan includes, and $50 if you add Express Delivery. A discount code, if you have one, is applied at checkout.

Tokyo Love Story includes 2 guests, Tokyo Family Session up to 6, Tokyo Crew Experience up to 12, and every other plan 1.

Extending a session on the day is possible only if our schedule allows, at $50 per 30 minutes.

If more people join on the day than your booking covers, $100 for each extra guest is added to the remaining balance.

Changing the date, time or location after booking may cost an additional fee (see Rescheduling).

Card payments through Stripe Checkout, including wallets Stripe offers such as Apple Pay.

Private sessions: a 30% deposit is paid when you book. When you press Pay, your chosen time is held for 60 minutes, and the Stripe payment page closes shortly before the hold ends. If the deposit is not paid by then, the time is released.

The remaining 70% is paid after the session. When the session is marked as done, we email you a Stripe payment link for the remaining balance.

Events are paid in full when you book.

A private session is booked once the deposit payment succeeds. An event place is booked once the full payment succeeds.

The session takes place on the booked date and time.

Edited photos are delivered online within 7 days after your session, once the remaining balance has been paid.

If you add Express Delivery when you book, edited photos are delivered online within 24 hours after your session, once the remaining balance has been paid.

To cancel, email booking@tps-collective.com or send a direct message to @tettyphotostudio on Instagram. Please include the name and the date of your booking. We do not accept cancellations by any other method.

If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded, and you will not be charged the remaining balance. For events, the event price you paid is not refunded.

After a session has taken place, refunds are not given because the service has been provided.

If we cancel a session, for example because of weather, safety, or photographer availability, you can choose a refund of what you have paid or a new date.

If the session can safely go ahead in the weather, the normal terms apply.

Changing the date, time or location after booking is not guaranteed. If our schedule allows, we may be able to change it, and an additional fee may apply.

Please contact us as early as possible by email or Instagram DM.

If you arrive late, the session still ends at the booked time.

A session can be extended on the day only if our schedule allows (see Additional Fees).

We may use photos from your session for our portfolio, website, social media and promotion.

When you book, you confirm that you have told everyone who joins your session about this use and that they agree.

You, and anyone who appears in the photos, can ask us at any time not to use them, and to remove photos we have already published, by emailing booking@tps-collective.com.

If data corruption, delivery failure, or other issues attributable to TPS Collective occur, we will provide a reasonable remedy such as re-delivery, re-editing, reshooting, or refund depending on the situation.

Returns are not applicable because this service involves photography services and digital photo delivery.

An internet-connected smartphone, tablet, or computer is required to view and download delivered photo data.

各プラン・イベントのページと決済画面に、米ドルで表示しています。

プライベート撮影の料金は、プラン料金に、撮影場所の料金、プランに含まれる人数を超える1人につき100ドル、エクスプレス納品を付けた場合の50ドルを加えた額です。

プランに含まれる人数は、Tokyo Love Story は2人、Tokyo Family Session は6人まで、Tokyo Crew Experience は12人まで、その他のプランは1人です。

当日の延長は、スケジュールに空きがある場合のみ、30分ごとに50ドルです。

当日、予約に含まれる人数を超えて参加される場合は、超えた1人につき100ドルを残金に加えます。

予約後の日時・場所の変更は、追加料金がかかる場合があります。

Stripe Checkout によるカード決済（Apple Pay など、Stripe が提供するウォレットを含む）

プライベート撮影：予約時に料金の30%を手付金としてお支払いいただきます。Pay を押すと選んだ時間を60分間確保し、Stripe の支払いページはその少し前に閉じます。

残りの70%は撮影後にお支払いいただきます。撮影完了が記録された時点で、Stripe の支払いリンクをメールでお送りします。

イベント：予約時に全額をお支払いいただきます。

予約した日時に撮影します。

編集した写真は、残金のお支払い後、撮影日から7日以内にオンラインで納品します。

エクスプレス納品を付けた場合は、残金のお支払い後、撮影から24時間以内です。

キャンセルは、メール（booking@tps-collective.com）または Instagram のダイレクトメッセージ（@tettyphotostudio）でご連絡ください。ご予約のお名前と撮影日をお書きください。これ以外の方法でのキャンセルは受け付けていません。

お客様のご都合によるキャンセルでは、手付金は返金しません。キャンセルした予約の残金は請求しません。イベントは、お支払いいただいた料金を返金しません。

天候・安全・カメラマンの都合などで当社が撮影を中止する場合は、お支払いいただいた金額の返金か、別の日への変更を選べます。

予約後の日程変更はお約束できません。スケジュールが空いている場合は変更できることがあり、追加料金がかかる場合があります。

遅れて到着された場合も、終了時刻は変わりません。

撮影した写真を、当社のポートフォリオ、ウェブサイト、SNS、宣伝に使うことがあります。

ご予約の際に、一緒に撮影に参加される方全員にこの利用を伝え、了承を得ていることをご確認いただきます。

お客様と、写真に写っている方は、いつでも、写真を使わないこと、公開済みの写真を取り下げることを、booking@tps-collective.com へのメールで求めることができます。

撮影と写真データの納品というサービスの性質上、返品はありません。
